do it 代表 前面的 get the tickets ，避免重复

中文意思：我还没有去拿我的票（仅仅是说拿票，并不是买，所以排除C），谁要去拿？
英语习惯避免重复，所以后面用DO 代替get ，it代替去拿票这个事情。
