语法上来说,两个都对,但老外习惯用 wish 而不用hope来表达一种祝福：如：

I wish you a good time 或者I wish you have a good time.祝你玩得开心.
hope 更倾向于有希望得意思,
wish 更倾向于有祝福得意思.
hope +that 不是一定要用将来时态.
