What have you been up to?
I have been busy lately,I have been preparing the PETS examination.It will be held on 14,Sep 2013.
I must go to work on the days and look after my baby on the nights.
I have just entered for an English class on the net-school.I want to learn English from start.
The other day,I suddenly felt my neck sick.I want to check to the hospital,but I was too busy,I am feeling better,I think maybe I need take some rest.

on the days不是你要表达的意思,可以用at daytime表达在白天的意思.
同理,at nights会比 on the nights好些.
enter for 一般表示参加什么比赛活动之类的,直接用enter就ok啦
from start是从开始的意思,不知道您这里要表达的是“我想从零开始学起”还是“想从点滴开始”或其他意思.
feel sick是一个完整的短语结构,想加修饰的时候可以在其后面加in my stomach/on my neck之类的.
I wanted to go to the hospital to check up.以前的事,用过去时.
feel better now就好了,用now表达现在,不用进行时的,很多都是习惯问题.
need to do sth.所以最后一个句子应该是I think maybe I need to take some rest.

What have you been up to?
I have been busy preparing for the PETS examination lately, which will be held on 14 Sep 2013.
I must go to work during daytime and look after my baby at night.
I have just signed up for an English class on the net-school. (对不起问一下，你说的net-school是指什么，英文单词里没有这个词). I want to learn English from scratch.
The other day, I suddenly felt sick and really uncomfortable, especially at my neck area. I wanted to check in to the hospital but I was too busy. I am feeling better, although I think that I need to take some rest still. (你最后一句想表达的是什么？你以上的意思能读为“我现在已感觉好多了，我想我需要休息。” 语句有点不通顺。)

What have you been up to?
I have been busy preparing for the PETS examination lately,which will be held on 14,Sep 2013.
I must keep on working during the days and looking after my baby at nights.
I have just entered an English class on the net-school. I am eager to learn English from the beginning.
The other day,I suddenly felt my neck of sick.I want to take a check in the hospital. But I was too busy and I am feeling better now. I think maybe I need take some rest.
我改了一些语法错误和表达不准确的地方，然后把一些简单句改成从句，有些表达方式也改了，这样显得地道些。希望你满意！
