He is with me the whole time sine I got sick!!
he was accompanying with me all along when i fell sick.
Since I got ill,he had kept me company
He had been accompanying me since I got sick.
因为是一直，所以用过去完成进行时来体现，表一种状态，更加形象，是生病以来，可能还在生病，所以过去是他在陪伴我，现在也是，将来也可能。。。。。。
