I opened a channel on YouTube .It's an American web .Users there mostly are Americans .you can add comments or send personal message to them .When you find some people you want ,you can ask them for there Msn or Skype .Actually just add comments for them can also help you with your English .
but that's just my way ,I dont' know if it's uneful to you ..just try !
