首先,pay your fare与pay sb是不用加for的,所以BCD都不对.第一空表被动意,所以用paid.

since引导时间状语从句,由said可知用一般过去时即可.
过去完成时表示过去的过去已经完成的事情,句中通常会有两个很明显的发生时间一前一后的动词,在这讲不通.
3.She asked me to imform her if I go to Germany again.
涉及到时间状语的要把时间短语适当改一下,例如：tomorrow-the next day,next year-the year after this.
4.主语是he,答案为with many questions to settle,表主动.如果主语是questions就用 to be settled .
5.选B应加while连接两个分词.

1.B is paid 是被动语态.钱被付了.被动语态是Be 加verb的过去式.pay是及物动词吧,不需要加for.
2.since后面的时态一律是一般过去式.

4.He is the person with many questions to settled.“sb. with sth.to do”是固定用法
5. thief 是主语，admitting是谓语，空格所填应为非谓语表伴随或者状态，选最后一个表伴随，一直低着头。而第二个代入空格则变成“drooping his head admitting what he had done ”这样句式就发生了错误，无法区分出谓语和状语，用B应加个连词才能成立。（而且droop应该表示的是短暂性的动作，用分词形式难道表示“一边在低头下去一边承认所做”吗？-----此句如此解释可能并不科学）可参照seat的分词与过去式表状态的区别
