have been doing是现在完成进行时,表示从过去某一时刻一直在做某事,只强调做的过程不强调结果,这里就是“我仍然找不到我一直在找的钢笔”,后面的定语从句只强调“找”这个动作,这里很明显不能用look,因为前面的have been后面要么接ing形式,要么接ed形式表示被动,不会接动词原形的,也就是说后面最多只能用have looked for

have been doing sth ,一直在做某事
