装置由中国石化洛阳石化工程公司设计,设计处理量180万吨/年,设计能耗2010MJ/t,操作弹性60%-110%.装置包括反应-再生部分、主风机组部分、分馏部分、气压机部分、吸收稳定部分、产汽系统和余热锅炉部分.装置于2010年2月18日建成投产,实现一次性开车成功.4月1—4月15日对装置进行了全面标定.装置开工以来整体运行情况良好,实际能耗较同类装置低,但受全厂物料平衡影响,装置实际进料性质与设计值相差较大,因此产品收率及分布受到影响.通过操作条件的调整优化以及采取一系列节能降耗措施,可以进一步降低装置的能耗,改善产品的分布.

Installation by the Chinese company Sinopec Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Design,design treatment capacity of 1.8 million tons / year,the design energy consumption 2010MJ / t,60% -110% turndown.Device including reaction - regeneration of parts of some of the main air unit,fractional part,air compressor parts,absorbing stable part of the system and waste heat boiler steam production parts.Device on February 18,2010 put into operation,to enable one to drive success.In April from January to April 15,conducted a comprehensive calibration of the device.Since the whole unit started to run well,actual energy consumption lower than similar devices,but the balance of influence by the whole plant material,installation and design of the nature of the actual feed value of difference,so the product yield and distribution are affected.Through the adjustment and optimization of operating conditions and to take a series of energy saving measures that can further reduce the energy consumption,improve product distribution.
