be coming应该是已经在路上了,通常看见的时候这么说吧：
The bus is coming.
Teacher is coming.
will come是说将要来,但具体说话时出于什么情况不知道,一般不在来的路上：
My aunt will come to see me.

be coming用现在进行时表示将来的动作，强调这个动作马上或很快就要发生，“马上就到”
will come也表示将来，但到底什么时候到不清楚

强调的东西不同，be coming 强调的是状态，就是我正在来，也可以表示我准备来
will come强调的是结果，就是我将会来

be coming是正在进行时
will come是将来时

I'm coming：我来了。
I will come:我会来的。
